Elm Knowledge Organisers Autumn 1 2021
Below you will find downloadable documents of our Knowledge Organisers. Knowledge Organisers are  a summary of the key facts and essential knowledge that pupils need about a unit of work or a curriculum subject. These are used frequently in class to aid pupils in their learning to work indpendently but also consolidate knowledge and provide recaps.
Parents may find these resources useful while completing home learning or while wanting to learn more about our current topics.

Bug Club is our new reading scheme within school which we are using to link our phonic, guided reading and home reading provision. This will help to provide us with a consistent approach to embed the reading and phonetic development for our children.
Encouraging the children to read their home reader and extra books on the children's online Bug Club accounts will help to support the children's development.
House points will be awarded for children reading regularly at home. We hope that the children enjoy bug club and enjoy reading some of the great books!
